What is your 'Lifetime Guarantee' on perennials and shrubs?
We stand by our quality. All hardy perennials, trees, and shrubs are guaranteed for one year. If your plant does not thrive despite proper care, simply bring your receipt and the plant back for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer professional planting services?
Yes, we offer professional installation through our 'We Plant For You' service. Our experts will handle the digging, soil conditioning, and initial fertilization to give your new greenery the best start possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For local deliveries, our team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm a delivery window.
What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives with significant damage, please take a photo and contact our customer support within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Can I return non-plant items like pots or tools?
Unused hard goods in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
